Monday morning seems like a good time to update on all the random things that I can think about.
Let's see.........
Father's Day first, shall we?
I guess it's an exceptionally meaningful one this year, grandma repeated approximately thirty times " your dad is really happy today ".
I wish we had more times like these.
This year, we're all seated around the table, as grown-up kids.
Grandpa and dad revealed this whole side of the family history which we had the slightest idea of in all of our childhood.
Jaw-dropping, and at times like these, I wished I had a hat so that I could take it off to my grandpa.
He was such a great leader of his time.
I can never imagine myself having the ability to own an island four times the size of Singapore, let alone the rest of the utilities.
And I was trying really hard to contain my laughter when grandpa exclaimed:
" Long time never see you, you slimmed down alot uh, what happened to you? "
Me: " Huh, no la, exercise, exercise.. "
Grandpa : " You sure? Because if you suddenly lost so much weight you might have contracted some disease you know"
Me: " DISEASE?? NO LAAAAAA " (lol)
Grandpa: " Don't be too skinny, you are growing now, must eat and get all the nutritions okay " (I guess they only think that i'm too skinny IN CONTRAST with how I looked like I could be sent out for a sumo-wrestling match anytime in the past)
Haha. So cute, the way adults get so worried that you are not eating whenever they see you go down a few pants size.
FYI, I ate a cow-lot yesterday to assure them that I am eating hell-healthy and normally. NUTRITIONSSS.
Oh, and guess what.
Have I mentioned that we went to celebrate Ches' birthday at Butter Fac followed on by Zouk last Wednesday (June17) ?
Main point is, quoted from Yahoo news:
A third cluster of locally—infected cases has also been identified at popular nightclub Butter Factory at One Fullerton.
The new case is a 19—year—old Singaporean female student. She visited the club on June 17 when three previously reported cases were also there.
The Health Ministry has advised all those who had visited Butter Factory on June 17 to monitor their health and seek medical attention if they feel unwell.

Momo went for an operation last week but he's jumping and prancing around crazily like his usual self once again, no worries :)

That day we have experimented that it takes 1hr 5 mins to walk from tampines back to luu's place.
I've been so madly obsessed with walking these days and you should see luu's face whenever I suggest something like " Let's walk to Cine from Bugis! "HAHAHA.
Walking is really enjoyable, you should try! ;D
